As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:

  4. Managing staff and volunteers, taking the lead in recruiting, training, managing, and supporting volunteers and staff members to ensure the effective operation of the store.
  5. Customer engagement and leading by coaching volunteers and staff to have great conversations with every customer on "Rounding up" their purchase, making an "add donation" for our charity and signing up for our loyalty scheme.
  6. Ensuring sales targets are met and direct costs are kept within managed budgets.
  7. Ensuring all financial reporting and management, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures are followed.
  8. Ensuring donated goods are processed according to set standards and timeframes, and that pricing is in line with charity guidelines.
