Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services UK is seeking an undergraduate to join our Retail Sales team as a Retail Leasing Undergraduate in Milton Keynes. The role offers a hybrid work pattern, with in-office presence 3 days a week, and is part of a 12-13 month FTC starting around June/July as part of our undergraduate placement scheme.

You will develop skills in reporting, market analysis, collaboration, and communication while supporting vehicle sales and market insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Strong numerical and Microsoft Office skills, with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and initiative.
• Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commercially curious with confidence to suggest improvements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Raise quotations and rate books to support vehicle sales to end-user customers.
• Handle broker, retailer and customer queries through Salesforce, aiming for service levels.
• Maintain point-of-sale and stock systems and produce reporting for Indirect Sales.
• Complete market research and competitor analysis while building supplier/customer relationships.
