Job summary

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top brands in major high street stores. You will visit retailers, update stands and stock, following detailed planograms, and install displays and POS elements.

This is a project-based role with regional travel up to 50 miles from your home. Training is paid and fully provided, and equipment such as a uniform and PPE are supplied.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus; full training provided.
• Willing to travel regionally; projects across multiple locations.
• Role is project-based with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and update stands using planograms.
• Move and resequence stock according to new planogram.
• Change visuals/graphics and maintain displays.
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters.
• Install Point Of Sale and set up shelving/equipment.
• Travel to depot for kit collection; travel paid.
• Profile shelving, install equipment, implement displays.
• Use initiative to solve problems.
• Maintain displays to look fresh for shoppers.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser – Flexible

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands‑on work.

We have projects mid-September and throughout with our peak times being January and July

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.
Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided

Work on a project-by-project basis. With other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer. Also collecting asset tags from major supermarket retail and returning to the local depot.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser Role and Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
• Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
• Changing over the visuals/graphics
• Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
• Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
• Stand maintenance
• Installing Point Of Sale
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
• Use initiative to problem solve
• Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

• Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
• Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
• Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
