Responsibilities:

This role is a Full-Time role ideally based in the North West of England, covering areas such as Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool or based in London.

This role is primarily supporting the Retail & Hospitality Division delivering and undertaking unaccredited audits to Retail & Hospitality "own brand" standards across the UK and Ireland with a specific emphasis on auditing within the retail and hospitality sectors.

You will deliver high quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner.

Through providing effective management your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional support to the Business Support Specialists in Edinburgh.
• Completing environmental audits (food safety, health and safety, and fire safety audits) in accordance with legal and client-driven requirements.
• To be fully utilized throughout the year and cost efficient.
• To complete audit reports immediately after audit and at the latest hours after site visit but as agreed with the client SLA.
• Complete accident investigations as requested by the Business Support Team or H&S Assessor Manager.
• To keep colleagues apprised of industry developments.
• Strategic Management support for Clients as required.
• Review of documents including FSMS, H&S & Training Policies.
• Shadow and Witness Audits of Auditors where technical support is given.
• To maintain CPD and take on additional training as required.
• Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.

Essential criteria:

• Have Level Food Safety & Health & Safety Qualifications.
• Have years’ experience in the Food Safety sector.
• Have a Lead Auditor Qualification specific to ISOK or ISOK
