We are recruiting a Retail Head Chef for an exclusive corporate dining facility in Edinburgh!

Join a structured team overseeing a flagship operation that includes a busy retail service, modern restaurant, hospitality with breakout areas, and a state-of-the-art coffee location. The team will be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about their work!

Job Description

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people. We are seeking an experienced Retail Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our team at a highly prestigious corporate setting.

As a Retail Head Chef, your focus will be to work closely with your team and the Executive Chef to develop a strong working relationship and together provide the best customer service.

You should have excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, a passion for food and service, and a vibrant enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar management role supporting the Retail Manager on-site with all food-related matters
• Background in a well-established environment such as a 5* hotel, boutique property, corporate dining within the Food Service Industry, or a similar corporate operation
• Proven, hands-on leadership skills with the ability to invest in your team and their development
• Outgoing, vibrant personality with a passion for food and customer service
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge
• Financial acumen, including GP calculation, and strong IT literacy
• Innovative, creative, and driven by excellence
• Up-to-date with current food trends
