Job summary

B&M Retail are recruiting a Floor Supervisor for our Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon store. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week with shifts across daytime, evenings and weekends. You will support the Floor Manager to maintain top store standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, focused and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Experience supervising a small team is essential.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in retail.

• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
