Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Base wage is $17.95/hr plus uncapped commission, with fully paid onboarding and continuous coaching. Flexible scheduling is offered, with permanent full-time or part-time opportunities and regional store coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Strong communicator who can listen and adapt to the customer in front of you.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product in a clear, relatable way.
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
