SALARY: £65,385 - £79,915

LOCATION(S): Halifax / Leeds

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Our Finance team acts as the analytical partner to Retail - the largest division within Lloyds Banking Group. In this role, you'll work closely with Senior Finance Business Partners and the business to deliver analysis and insight across the full financial P&L. Your work will help drive challenge, enable better decision-making, and help shape the strategic direction of the businesses we support.

We're currently recruiting a Finance Analytics Manager to join our Cards, Loans, and Embedded Finance Analytics team - supporting some of the UK's leading unsecured lending products. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape product performance, customer outcomes, and strategic decisions through data-driven insight.

Day to Day

• Partner with Senior Finance Business Partners to deliver insightful analysis across the full P&L for Cards, Loans, and Embedded Finance products.

• Support our Planning and Reporting Finance team with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, through storyboarding and insights.

• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to influence decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.

• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure alignment with financial strategy.

• Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals for new initiatives.

• Take ownership of your own personal development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in a financial analysis role.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in interpreting complex data and presenting clear insights.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively.

• Being able to take ownership and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
