Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in sales activities to develop turnover and achieve monthly objectives; provide excellent customer service; handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure attractive presentation and merchandising of the point of sale; maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Manage inventory: receive goods, label and lock items for sale, store items properly, and report stock anomalies.
• Represent the brand internally and externally; uphold politeness and courtesy towards customers and colleagues.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with partners such as headquarters, suppliers, and security; maintain the store’s upkeep.
• Participate in recruitment processes for new employees.
• Manage and support team members; onboard new staff.
