Job Description:

We have a Retail Store Manager opportunity with an exciting multichannel retailer and are looking for a candidate to be in charge of a new high-profile store opening.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team and ensuring excellent service and retail standards. Your duties will include achieving store objectives such as sales, inventory control, and customer satisfaction, while upholding company values and principles.

Key responsibilities include driving sales through planning and analysis, managing returns and complaints, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with business guidelines. You will also be involved in product launches and maintaining visual standards.
