Location: Covering the Midlands

Salary: Up to £45k

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager with a multichannel retailer. You will oversee store operations within your region by implementing best practices, enhancing customer experience, fostering a team-driven environment, and achieving financial targets. Your role includes delivering excellent service and maintaining retail standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Set and communicate sales targets
2. Evaluate current operations and develop strategies
3. Train and collaborate with store managers on sales and supervisory techniques
