We are recruiting for a Senior Product Developer to join a multichannel fashion and footwear business that sells multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team and factories are working to a critical path to keep the production process on track.
• Oversee testing requirements and update manual guidelines.
• Work alongside suppliers and conduct product development trips.
• Support and mentor junior team members to help them grow.
• Lead product development to ensure products meet safety standards and testing requirements.
• Review and approve lab dips, bulk fabrics, and print submissions.
• Measure and comment on development and production samples.
