We are looking for an Assistant Product Developer to join a growing outdoor sportswear brand in Liverpool. You will work alongside the team throughout the product development cycle to ensure the brand’s standards are maintained. To do this, you will update tech packs, help with supplier communication, record keeping, filing systems, and samples.

Other responsibilities will include supporting on lab dips, trims, and print strike-offs in line with the critical path and reviewing test reports, care labels, and AL reports.

It is important you build strong relationships with peers across the business and factory partners, suppliers, and external colleagues.

You will be aware of seasonal product costing and business margin techniques.

This role will develop your knowledge of product construction, fabric types, and trims as you will be attending fit sessions, product review meetings, and shadowing the PD team.
