Our client is a premier fashion sourcing firm. They pride ourselves on innovation, excellence, and the development of design-driven, sustainable fashion. We are on the lookout for a talented Boyswear Designer to join their team. The perfect candidate will have a background in fashion design, particularly in kidswear, and will be tasked with crafting original designs that meet their customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop boyswear collections from concept to completion.
• Research and analyse fashion trends, market demands, and competitive products to produce cutting-edge designs.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings to illustrate design ideas.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials that adhere to design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with in-country merchandising teams to ensure design integrity and practicality.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and meetings with buyers.
• Stay updated on fabric developments, garment construction techniques, and industry innovations.
• Ensure all designs align with customer aesthetics, quality standards, and sustainability goals.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in kidswear design, particularly boyswear.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and technical skills in kidswear.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
