Job Description:

I have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced supplier as an Assistant Designer specializing in Woven Bottoms. The ideal candidate is passionate, eager to learn, and committed to growth within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the design team with various design-related tasks.
2. Prepare design packs aligned with customer and brand identities.
3. Select appropriate washes and fabrics and oversee development.
4. Collaborate closely with design, tech, buying, and merchandising teams.
5. Create basic technical specifications.
6. Coordinate sourcing with factories.
7. Contribute fresh, commercially viable ideas to the team.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong CAD skills and trend research capabilities.
2. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Good understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
6. Capability to manage a fluctuating workload.
