What This Role Does

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies for retail moments and everyday gifting.
  • Support activations that deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

Content and Campaign Management

  • Coordinate consumer events and experiential marketing activities.
  • Lead communication efforts to maximize event visibility and engagement.

Retail and Digital Marketing

  • Partner with key retailers to ensure brand visibility.
  • Track, report, and optimize marketing initiatives based on insights.

Retail Moments Strategy & Plans

  • Develop and support retail moments calendar covering seasonal, cultural, and mindset occasions.
  • Drive everyday gifting initiatives including birthday gifting programs.
  • Analyse campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with JML teams to deliver consistent, impactful campaigns.

Consumer Eventing

  • Support planning and execution of consumer events (in-store and virtual).
  • Monitor event performance and conduct post-event analysis.
  • Lead localized consumer activations and support OOH pop-ups and partnerships.
  • Execute communication strategies across email, online, and social channels.

Retail Experience Innovation & High-Touch Services

  • Assist with developing personalization and high-touch experiences.
  • Support the transformation of Jo Malone London’s Loyalty Programme.
  • Report on retail trends and consumer behavior to inform innovation.

Retailer, and Pureplayers Collaboration

  • Execute marketing activities with retailer partners.
  • Build strong relationships with local retailers (Jarrolds, Voisins) and landlords.
  • Assist with bi-annual retailer strategy presentations.
  • Localize and adapt global marketing content.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and "can-do" attitude.
  • Passion for the luxury and retail industries.
