Job summary

Lorien is seeking an Industrial Designer to craft retail environments, demo experiences, and brand engagements at our UK campus. You will shape how products are experienced globally, from concept through final execution across teams, including CMF, modelling, HMI, connectivity, and creative.

Fresh design thinking and attention to detail are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid visualization of design options, and development of refined 3D surfaces for rendering and production,

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design or related field required.
• Proven experience from concept to execution in retail/brand design.
• Experience in soft goods and/or fashion design is a plus.
• Strong sketching, form development, 3D surface quality and 3D modelling abilities.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD applications and rendering tools.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication; portfolio required.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the look and feel of retail environments, demo setups, and brand experiences.
• Create user-centric and innovative design solutions throughout development.
• Collaborate with Global Design and Product Experience teams across CMF, Modelling, HMI, connectivity, and Creative.
• Lead prototyping and communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Support reviews with senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure design details align with overall design intent.
