Retail Driver Volunteer

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to join our Retail Department, supporting our team of van drivers and driver mates.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our busy team, providing essential assistance in the daily operations of our retail estate. Our sales significantly contribute to raising the £8 million needed annually to support the vital work of the Hospice.

This role is suitable for individuals with experience in driving van-sized vehicles or those who enjoy the challenge of supplying our shops with stock and provisions.

What will I be doing?

• Checking vehicles daily for issues.
• Loading and unloading bags and boxes across our shop network and warehouse.
• Driving our small fleet of vehicles as appropriate.
• Interacting with our team of drivers and retail staff.

When?

Hours are flexible to suit you; the Warehouse operates from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Ideally, you can work half or full days. The role is based at East Peckham Warehouse and across the South East.
