Day-to-Day Accountabilities

As a guardian of bareMinerals, your role extends beyond daily operations. You champion clean beauty, inspire confidence, and elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.

  • Stock Smart: ensure the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing, managing inventory levels effectively.
  • Brand Ambassador: serve as the primary guide for third-party consultants, sharing product news, sales strategies, and brand standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: maintain an attractive and organized counter that meets visual standards and impresses customers.
  • Partnership Building: foster strong relationships with store management to support operations and sales growth.
  • Communication: keep the Area Sales Manager informed with updates on goals, achievements, and next steps after each store visit.
  • Opportunity Spotting: identify new commercial opportunities within stores to increase visibility and sales.
  • Event Planning: organize and execute engaging events for product launches and store initiatives.
  • Remote Follow-up: conduct effective remote checks to sustain store momentum and address issues promptly.
