Are you a creative and talented designer who can produce highly engaging content for different audiences to get them excited about all things pre-loved and charity retail? If this sounds good to you, keep scrolling… This role is perfect for a versatile creative who can work their magic across digital, print, and motion. It’s a diverse role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across our Retail Team to produce outstanding design and artwork supporting our busy high street shops, marketing, and e-commerce activities.

What will a day in the life of a Retail Designer involve?

• Providing creative design solutions to meet the strategic and business needs of the Retail department, looking for opportunities and ways to innovate.
• Creating print and digital assets for use in store and online.
• Bringing the organisation’s mission to life in a relevant and compelling way for retail customers and donors.
• Being a key role in project groups, advising on creative concepts, design, and branding.
• Providing design advice and artwork support for our bought-in-goods range and e-commerce activity.

What will you need to be a successful Retail Designer?

• Relevant qualification or experience in a graphic design role.
• Experience of providing creative solutions to briefs, understanding different audience needs, and applying this knowledge to develop ideas from concept stage through to execution.
• Great layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Significant experience working with Macs, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of marketing channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers flexibility for the location, but there is an expectation for you to spend time with our (award-winning!) Content Team in London as part of your induction.
