- Support and develop your team to be proactive, investigate and resolve questions or complaints. Take ownership if things don’t go quite right.
- Assist the Retail Manager with recruiting and retaining top talent while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Utilize customer feedback and insights to identify trends, challenge existing processes, and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby growing the business.
- Leverage the latest technology and tools provided by TUI to coach, develop, and performance-manage your team, setting high standards that drive engagement.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and achieves operational excellence within company guidelines.
- Drive your team to exceed sales and service objectives, often referred to as ‘Smashing your Targets’ in Retail.
