Responsibilities

• Provide back-up management support and run the store in the manager's absence.
• Help to achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and taking corrective action.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting and training store staff.
• Optimise sales and individual customer purchases.
• Deliver first-class customer service and maintain store standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and store opening/closing duties.
