The Retail Deputy Manager Role
  1. Assist in the daily operations of a designated shop and small team to maximize sales and customer engagement, operating within Warren James policies, procedures, and processes.
  2. Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent one-to-one customer experiences.
  3. Motivate and support the team to reach their full potential.
  4. Set a good example in all aspects of your work.
  5. Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  1. Experience in retail management or hospitality.
  2. Experience in assisting with managing a small team.
  3. A genuine enjoyment for sales, with a passion for jewellery and customer service.
  4. Smart and well-groomed appearance.
  5. Self-motivated with strong leadership and people skills.
  6. Good communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  7. Jewellery knowledge is not required as training is provided.
