Job Description:

Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? Do you enjoy forming positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our exciting Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building rapport to encourage repeat business.

Salary is £12.50 per hour.

What you will do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Always promote safer gambling
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events
  • Process customer transactions including cash handling
  • Help demonstrate our products & betting terminals to customers
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Work towards defined targets and goals
  • Maintain high shop standards
  • Open or close the shop as needed
Working patterns

This position requires availability from Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work 2 days out of 3, with a typical weekly rota of 10 hours, including long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.

We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
