The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous retail locations!

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
  2. Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
  3. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
  4. Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
  5. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Strong customer service focus
  2. Team oriented
  3. High school diploma or equivalent
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
  6. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  7. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
