Certas Energy, the UK's leading independent distributor of fuel and lubricants, has a permanent Retail Customer Service Assistant role at our Ebbw Vale store. You’ll be the face of the business, delivering friendly service, handling tills, restocking and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

The position is site-based at Bypass Road, Ebbw Vale, with 16 hours per week, night shifts between 12am and 6am.

Formación

• Retail experience is desirable but training will be provided.

• Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Replenish stock and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of both the forecourt and store.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.

£13.45 per hour

Location: Bypass Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 8UW

16 hours per week - Nights between 12am and 6am over 7 days
