Job Description
Are you passionate about sports or excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our dynamic betting shops, no two days are alike. You'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is £12.50 per hour. Are you ready to start a winning career?
What you will do
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 20 hours, comprising long opening or closing shifts, shorter evening shifts, and varies weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We value work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
