Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same. You'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers' needs.

What you will do
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, depending on the location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 20 hours, comprising long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
