Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our busy store in Dorking. You’ll handle restocking, tills and general store maintenance, delivering friendly service that makes customers feel welcome and valued.

The role is a 30 hour contract with AM & PM shifts, with pro rata holiday entitlement and a benefits package that includes a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme. We value teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with queries.
• Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep bakery stocked by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non-Food products.
