Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting store colleagues to put customers first, delivering friendly, helpful service across shelves, checkout, and stock areas during peak festive periods and beyond.

You’ll use digital tools to assist customers, keep shelves neat, and learn about our products to make confident recommendations. We offer both permanent and fixed-term roles and an inclusive, supportive environment with development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
