Job summary

Lidl GB in Gainsborough is seeking a Customer Assistant to help keep shelves stocked, serve customers at tills, and maintain a clean, well‑organised store. You’ll join a collaborative team and play a key role in delivering great shopping experiences.

Earn £13.45–£14.45 per hour on a 35‑hour contract, with extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package including 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a pension scheme and store discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.

• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non‑Food products.
