Dobbies is seeking a friendly Retail Customer Advisor to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our stores in the United Kingdom. You will drive sales by promoting the Dobbies Club membership and staying knowledgeable about products to support customers.

Formación

• Experience in a customer facing role with a smile and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards.
• Willingness to learn about products and store services to assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service across store transactions.
• Drive sales by discussing benefits of store memberships and promotions.
• Share product knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organise stock as needed.
• Assist on shopfloor and in other areas including cash handling and deliveries.

Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty and ensuring high department standards.

Responsibilities

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store
• Driving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership
• Offering a helping hand with customer queries through great product knowledge
• Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your store
• You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant services - an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience
