Job summary

Finisterre UK Limited is seeking a Retail Crew member for our new Kings Cross store. You will be the first touchpoint for customers, delivering an exceptional experience and helping to grow our community.

This part-time, permanent role offers an hourly wage of £14.80 and a chance to develop within a purpose-led B Corp brand. You’ll work with a friendly team to hit sales targets and support store campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong understanding of exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
• Be a people person with outgoing personality.
• Willing to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging customer relationships, through sharing genuine experience, personal interests and adventure.
• Understand and communicate our POD within our product range authentically through own experience and technical knowledge.
• Exceed customers’ expectations and maximise sales potential through our multi-channel offer effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure stock levels are always replenished.
• Contribute to store launches, promotions and campaigns in a timely manner.
• Support the team with a positive attitude and flexible approach.
