The seaside town of Weymouth is passionate about its history and local community, and we are proud to have a brand new shop to share with locals and tourists alike! Our shop is looking for a new flexible member of staff to join us as a Standby Shop Assistant.

More about the role

Our Weymouth shop is right in the heart of the community, loved by our fantastic customers and supported by generous donations. Due to its location, we’re lucky to receive some unique and modern items where every purchase helps us continue our vital work, caring for over 40,000 animals each year through our rehoming, veterinary, and education programmes.

As a Standby Shop Assistant, you will use your experience in retail and play a crucial role in our shop's daily operations. Working with our Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager, you will be confident serving your community and helping lead and motivate our volunteers.
