Role Overview
  • Location: Watford (3 days per week in office)
  • Package: £85,000 - £90,000 + benefits
  • Industry: Technology / Retail Systems
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and deliver the test strategy for retail and corporate systems, covering the full software development lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate all testing across retail terminals, business systems, and vendor solutions.
  • Manage and maintain in-house test labs to ensure high-quality system validation.
  • Produce clear reporting on quality KPIs, forecast trends, and ensure visibility of progress.
  • Champion innovation in testing practices, including the use of automation and AI-driven approaches.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure robust and efficient test outcomes.
