We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and assertive Part-Time Department Store Representatives to support our sales efforts.
Ideal candidates are passionate about people, skincare, and MALIN+GOETZ products, and eager to grow within our team. This role involves maximizing sales, participating in training, merchandising, and exploring opportunities for long-term advancement.

You should be an independent, self-starting, persuasive, and articulate individual, focused on achieving sales goals within company guidelines.
Flexible scheduling, excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented. Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities. Creativity in developing strategies to increase business. Retail sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
This role has no supervisory responsibilities. The work environment is typically moderate noise. Physical demands include standing, walking, handling objects, and speaking or hearing regularly. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
