Job summary

Cosine is seeking a Compliance Auditor to join our field team for Allwyn, National Lottery. You will visit retailers in Southampton and surrounding areas to verify whether Young Adults are asked for ID when purchasing age-restricted products.

Working in a small two-person team, you will report results daily via a store app, plan efficient routes, and complete at least 24 visits per day across 8am–7pm, with three full days per week over the next four weeks. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience interacting confidently with retailers and customers.
• Retail and field marketing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local area for efficient journey planning.
• Reliable, committed and able to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized for daily planning and transporting the Young Adult.
• Access to a smart device to enter results daily via the in-store app.
• Capable of 24 store visits per day, 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday.
• Availability for three full days per week for the next 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Verify whether retailers are requesting ID from Young Adults when purchasing age-restricted products.
• Work in a two-person team to ensure proper ID checks are conducted.
• Visit Southampton and surrounding areas to cover the territory.
• Report data daily via the in-store app to the Regional Manager.
