Serve Legal is recruiting compliance auditors to perform in-person audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a purchase and reporting whether ID was requested. This part-time, flexible role fits around other work or education and pays per audit at a Real Living Wage rate.

Audits are allocated in nearby batches with travel considerations managed by Area Managers; applicants aged 16+ are welcome, with 18–19-year-olds especially suited for age-verification audits.

Responsibilities

• Audit customer experience at various sites and report findings after each audit.
• Purchase age-restricted items and report if ID is requested during audits.
