Qualifications

• Experienced team manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience of cleaning.
• Stock management and time recording.
• Experience handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the cleaning team, plan rotas and timesheets to ensure accurate pay.
• Flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
• Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site and provide required equipment and support.
