Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning teams in retail settings.
• Experience with stock management and time recording; handling investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team to deliver high-quality cleaning services in a Sainsbury’s store.
• Carry out some cleaning tasks personally and support recruitment, training and rota planning for the team.
• Monitor Health & Safety on site and ensure equipment and processes meet required standards.
