Overview

Arcus is recruiting a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Weymouth store on a permanent basis. 21 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Shift pattern

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working. Current shifts for this role are:

• Sunday: 05:00 to 09:00
• Monday: 05:00 to 09:00
• Tuesday: Day off
• Wednesday: Day off
• Thursday: 05:00 to 09:00
• Friday: 05:00 to 09:00
• Saturday: 05:00 to 10:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within Sainsbury's stores
• Operate cleaning machinery as required
• Carry out cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping
• Occasionally clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies
• Work outside at times to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training.

What will you need?

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
• You will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance (this is a condition of employment)
