Job Title: Part-Time In-Store Cleaner

Join Arcus as a vital part of our team at Sainsbury's Torquay store. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time In-Store Cleaner on a permanent basis, working 15 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start available.

Working Hours and Shift Patterns

Our stores operate 7 days a week, offering various shift patterns including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with options for 5 or 6 days a week. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day off
• Monday: 19:00 - 22:00
• Tuesday: 19:00 - 22:00
• Thursday: 19:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 19:00 - 22:00
• Saturday: 19:00 - 22:00

Overtime opportunities are available to increase your hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as needed
• Maintain outdoor areas, including trolley bays, free of leaves and debris
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Training and Requirements

Full training will be provided. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements include:

• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service
• Provision of a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance
