Let\'s keep Sainsbury\'s Clean. Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury\'s Pepper Hill store on a permanent basis. 19 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury\'s stores are open 7 days a week, and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Current shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work.

Current shift pattern

• Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00
• Monday: 13:00 to 16:30
• Tuesday: 13:00 to 16:30
• Wednesday: 13:00 to 16:30
• Thursday: 13:00 to 16:30
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies when required
• Occasionally work outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

What you will need

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
• Must provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance (condition of employment)
