At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit 2 part-time In-store Cleaners based in Sainsbury's Brixham New Road local store on a permanent basis. Role 1 is 15 hours per week, and Role 2 is 6 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week, and here at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working options. Our shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work. The current shift patterns for these roles are:

Role 1

• Sunday: Day off
• Monday: 06:00 - 09:00
• Tuesday: 06:00 - 09:00
• Thursday: 06:00 - 09:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 09:00
• Saturday: Day off

Role 2

• Sunday: 06:00 - 09:00
• Monday: Day off
• Tuesday: Day off
• Wednesday: Day off
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: 06:00 - 09:00

You may have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in maintaining clean and safe Sainsbury's supermarkets for customers. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies inside the store
• Outside work such as keeping trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Applying all health and safety procedures

Full training will be provided by Arcus.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service
• Must provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance (a condition of employment)
