Overview

Let\u2019s keep Sainsbury\u2019s Clean. Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury\u2019s Bebington Kings Road Local store on a permanent basis.

Role: In Store Cleaner (5 hours per week). Hourly rate: £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury\u2019s stores are open 7 days a week with various shift patterns, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work. Current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 06:00 to 11:00
• Monday: Day off
• Tuesday: Day off
• Wednesday: Day off
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: Day off

You may have the opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to maintain high cleanliness standards
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as required
• Clean external areas such as trolley bays, removing leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
