Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed Retail Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns across our retail portfolio. You will be responsible for translating consumer insight into high-impact creative and content that drives footfall, engagement, and conversion across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and performance tracking of multi-channel retail marketing campaigns (including ATL, social, digital channels).
  • Lead the creative development process, working with internal teams and external agencies to brief, review, and deliver compelling campaign assets.
  • Build and maintain campaign calendars aligned with business priorities, retail peaks, and trading goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Digital, and Product to ensure integrated and aligned execution.
  • Leverage data and customer insight to optimise messaging and creative.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative and content outputs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and ROI to inform future strategies.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2C retail marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong creative judgement and experience managing content and campaign production end to end.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Commercially savvy with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and production partners.
  • Passion for retail and a deep understanding of consumer behaviours.
