Job summary

AJC Recruitment Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a talented retail designer to join a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary practice. You will work with prestigious clients and help deliver design concepts through to handover.

The role requires strong interior design knowledge, the ability to prepare specification documents, and experience across all RIBA stages. Site visits and collaboration with the team are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent product knowledge within Interior Design and the ability to produce specification documents and schedules.
• Experience across all RIBA stages and competent attending site visits.
• Recognised industry qualification within Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients and studio teams across Cardiff locations.

A thriving multi disciplinary company who are 'fast growing' continue to win new work across all their UK locations. They have a wide client based across many sectors and the Cardiff studio is now looking to bring in a retail designer.

Role Overview

Working with prestigious clients you will use your flair for deign, technical skills and work through to project handover. You will be managing multiple projects ensuring time frames and budgets are being adhered to.

Key Requirements

In order to be successful you will need to have excellent product knowledge within Interior Design and the ability to produce specification documents and schedules. You will have experience of working across all RIBA stages and be competent attending site visits. A recognised industry qualification within Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology is required.
