Overview

We have a vacancy for an experienced high class butcher to join us here at The Gourmet Butcher Cardiff. We are looking for a person to continue the vibrancy, enthusiasm and passion to this fast paced, demanding role. A well rounded knowledge is essential for the position, particularly with a focus on production and the Craft/Al la Carte range we offer.

Hours

Trading hours are Tuesday -Saturday 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities

• Stock management (preparation & ordering)
• Serving customers
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation within the display counters
• Due diligence recording
