Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch network in the UK. The role involves driving sales, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting targets.

You will earn a base salary of £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, plus a strong bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits. The position includes a 42.5-hour week on a rotation, with weekends required.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• When not buying cars you will assist the transport department as required.
