Responsibilities

• Executing small research projects and supporting strategic decision-making through preparation of presentations and reports.
• Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement research findings and support business initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the deployment and launch of new retail banking products and services.
• Managing client relationships, providing customer service support, processing transactions, and resolving complaints with decreasing supervision.
• Developing and implementing financial models and strategies to support retail banking decisions.
• Training and mentoring junior colleagues.
